Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a download link on the confirmation page and via email. The link is active for 30 days, so be sure to download and save your files before it expires.

12. What is the Little Activities Club?
The Club is our yearly membership that gives you unlimited access to all printable activities on the site -including seasonal bundles, themed collections, and fun extras throughout the year.

13. How long does the membership last?
Your membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It does not renew automatically - you can choose to join again when it ends. We’ve made it non-recurring so we could offer Clearpay as a payment option to help make it more accessible. When your year is up, you’ll be able to renew at the same price you originally paid - even if our membership price increases in the future.

14. Can I cancel my membership?
There’s no need to cancel - it’s a one-off payment for 12 months of access. Please note that due to the digital nature of our content, we do not offer refunds.

15. Why don’t you offer a monthly membership?
Because all our resources are digital downloads, a monthly membership could easily be misused - for example, by downloading everything in one month and cancelling right after. To keep things fair for all our members and sustain the value of what we create, we’ve chosen a one-time yearly access model instead.

16. Can I share my membership with someone else?
No. Each membership is for individual use only. Sharing login details or files is not allowed and may result in account suspension.

17. Do I need a membership to buy your printables?
Nope! You can still buy individual printables from our shop without joining. But the membership gives you full access to everything - and it's the best value.

18. How does the referral program work?
Every member gets a unique referral code. When someone joins the Club using your code, you’ll earn £5. Rewards are paid monthly via PayPal or bank transfer.

19. Where can I find my referral code?
Log in and head to My Account > Account Settings. Your code will appear there - give it up to 48 hours after joining.

20. How do I get paid for referrals?
Make sure to enter your PayPal email or UK bank account details in your account settings. Payments are processed at the end of each month.

21. Can I post my code on social media or in groups?
Yes! Feel free to share your code online, in parenting groups, or with friends. Just remember: sharing our actual printables is not allowed.
