Welcome to Little Activities! We're excited to support playful learning in your home or classroom. Below you'll find the details of how our resources can be used, what to expect when purchasing, and how we protect your rights and ours. It's not the fun part, but it's important.

1. Personal and Classroom Use

All products listed on Little Activities are for use by the purchasing family, educator or caregiver. Resources may be used at home or in one classroom, but not for resale or commercial use.

All artwork and designs remain the intellectual property of Little Activities or their respective copyright owners. Copying, reselling or sharing the files in any form, including through social media, forums, shared drives or cloud storage, is strictly prohibited.

2. Purchase Policy

We create digital products that are instantly downloadable. Please review all product descriptions and images before buying. Because our products provide immediate access to digital downloads, we do not ordinarily offer cancellations, refunds or exchanges after access has been granted. This does not affect any consumer rights that legally apply to you.

Once purchased, a download link will be provided. This link stays active for 30 days, so make sure to download and save your files within that time.

If you believe you have a legal right to withdraw from a recent purchase, you can use the “Withdraw from Contract” link in our website footer.

3. Support and Assistance

Having trouble downloading? Something doesn’t look right? We’re here to help. Please email us at contact@littleactivities.com and we’ll do our best to sort it out quickly.

If digital content is faulty, inaccessible, incomplete or materially different from its description, please include your order number and a description of the problem. We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

4. Affiliate Links Disclosure

Some pages on our website may include affiliate links to products we genuinely love and recommend (like printer paper or laminators). If you make a purchase through these links, we may earn a small commission - at no extra cost to you. These commissions help keep the crayons sharpened and the ideas flowing.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, designs and downloadable files, is owned by or licensed to Little Activities and protected by copyright laws.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content from this website is prohibited.

6. Little Activities Club Membership
By purchasing a Club membership, you agree to the following additional terms:

6.1 Access & Usage
The Little Activities Club Membership provides unlimited access to all included digital resources for the duration of your active membership.
This includes:

Learning Themes and Learning Packs available in the Club library
Seasonal and special packs
Parent Guides and homeschooling ebooks
Any additional resources added during your active membership period

All materials are for personal or single-classroom use only and may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or uploaded to shared drives or platforms.

6.2 Payment & Renewal

The membership is billed annually.

Your membership automatically renews each year on the same date unless cancelled before the renewal date.

By purchasing a membership, you authorise Little Activities to charge the annual membership fee to your original payment method at each renewal date.

You will receive confirmation of your purchase and renewal by email.

6.3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.

If cancelled:

Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
You will not be charged for the next renewal.
Access will end automatically once the billing period expires.

Cancelling your membership does not ordinarily provide a refund for unused time within your current membership period. This does not affect any consumer rights that legally apply to you.

6.4 Refund Policy

Because membership provides immediate access to downloadable digital resources, membership payments are not ordinarily refundable after access has been granted. At checkout, you will be asked to confirm that you want access to begin immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase once access begins. This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, inaccessible or not as described. This does not affect any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your membership or downloads, please contact us at contact@littleactivities.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

6.5 Account Sharing

Membership access is for individual use only.

Sharing login details, distributing files, or providing access to non-members is strictly prohibited.

Serious or repeated account sharing may result in membership access being suspended or closed. Where appropriate, we will contact you before taking action.

7. Updates to Terms and Conditions

We may update or revise these terms as our website grows. Any changes will be posted here - so feel free to check back from time to time.

Any changes to prices will apply only to future purchases or renewals. Changes to these terms will not remove rights that already apply to an existing purchase.

8. Alternative Dispute Resolution
If a consumer dispute between us cannot be resolved directly, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court resolution to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority:

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer rights provided by the law of the country in which you habitually reside, where that law applies.

By downloading or purchasing a product from Little Activities, you agree to these terms.

To keep things simple and fair, here’s everything you need to know about how our referral program works:

Who Can Refer

Active yearly members of Little Activities Club.

What Your Friend Gets

A new member receives £5 off the yearly membership at checkout when they use your referral code.

What You Receive

You receive £5 for every new member who joins with a yearly membership using your code. The reward will be confirmed after their payment has been completed and any applicable withdrawal or refund period has ended.

A reward will not be paid if the referred membership is cancelled, refunded, withdrawn, disputed or charged back.

When You’ll Be Paid
- Payouts are processed at the end of each calendar month via PayPal or UK bank transfer.

- Be sure your payment details are up to date in your account.

- Please note: Rewards may expire if we cannot process your payment because payout details have not been provided within three months.

Where to Find Your Code
- Your unique referral code is in My Account > Account Settings.

- It may take up to 48 hours after joining for the code to appear.

- You’re welcome to share your code anywhere you'd like - online, in person, or on social media.

Please don’t edit it - changing your code could stop your referrals from being tracked correctly.

How the referred friend uses the code
The referred friend must enter your referral code in the Discount Code field at checkout to receive £5 off their purchase. There is no separate referral-code field at checkout. The discount cannot be applied after the purchase has been completed.

What’s Not Allowed
- You may not resell, upload, or publicly share any of the resources available through your membership.

- All materials are for personal use only - perfect for your family or classroom, but not for commercial distribution.

- You may not refer yourself by creating or using another account, email address or payment method. Fake, duplicate or manipulated referrals will not qualify.

- Misuse of the referral programme may result in invalid rewards being cancelled or your account being removed from the programme. Serious or repeated misuse may also result in membership access being suspended.

How It’s Tracked
- Referrals are linked to your unique code - if someone doesn’t use your code, we won’t be able to credit you.

- We can’t retroactively apply referrals, so be sure your friends use your code when signing up.

- Each new member can use only one referral code.

Changes to the Referral Programme

We may update, pause or close the referral programme if needed. Any valid rewards already confirmed before a change takes effect will still be honoured.

By sharing your referral code, you agree to the terms of this Referral Program Policy, including the rules around payment and tracking.

We use your information when it is needed to provide your purchase or membership, meet a legal responsibility, or support the reasonable operation of our business. We use consent for optional marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting any processing that took place before it was withdrawn.

3. How We Protect Your Information
We use secure, encrypted payment systems through Wix or PayPal. We never see or store your full payment details. Bank and PayPal details provided for rewards are stored securely and used only for payout purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when needed with trusted services that help us run Little Activities, such as Wix, PayPal, email providers and analytics services, or where we are legally required to do so.

Some service providers may process personal information outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Where required, we use recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or approved Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to support features such as checkout, account login and website security.

With your permission, we may also use optional cookies and tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and help us improve it.

You can accept, reject or manage optional cookies through our cookie banner. You can also adjust your browser settings, although blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the website from working correctly.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed.

Purchase, payment, tax and referral-payment records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax laws. Certain cross-border VAT records may be retained for up to ten years. Account information is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe, although we may retain a minimal record to make sure we respect your request.

6. Managing Your Data
You can unsubscribe from our emails anytime by clicking the link at the bottom of any message. You can also contact us at contact@littleactivities.com to:

Request access to the information we hold about you
Ask us to correct inaccurate information
Ask us to delete information where applicable
Restrict or object to certain uses of your information
Withdraw your consent
Request a portable copy of certain information

These rights do not apply in every situation. For example, we may need to keep purchase records to meet accounting or legal responsibilities.

7. Children’s Privacy
Our products are designed for adults to use with children. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you think we’ve accidentally collected data from a child, please email us right away.

8. Questions and Complaints
We’re a small team and we care about doing things right. If you have any concerns or questions about your privacy or data, please get in touch.

Please contact us first if you have concerns about how your personal information has been handled, and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) at www.uoou.gov.cz. Depending on where you live, you may also contact your local data protection authority. UK residents may raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at www.ico.org.uk.
