Welcome to Little Activities! We're excited to support playful learning in your home or classroom. Below you'll find the details of how our resources can be used, what to expect when purchasing, and how we protect your rights and ours. It's not the fun part, but it's important.

All products listed on Little Activities are for personal use only. That means they’re made for families, educators, or caregivers - not for resale or commercial use.
All artwork and designs remain the intellectual property of Little Activities and the respective artist. Copying, reselling, or sharing the files in any form (including social media, forums, or cloud drives) is strictly prohibited.

2. Purchase Policy
We create digital products that are instantly downloadable. Please review all product descriptions and images before buying. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final - cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are not offered.
Once purchased, a download link will be provided. This link stays active for 30 days, so make sure to download and save your files within that time.​

By purchasing a Club membership, you agree to the following additional terms:

The Little Activities Club Membership provides unlimited access to all included digital resources for the duration of your active membership.
This includes:

Parent Guides and homeschooling ebooks

Any additional resources added during your active membership period
All materials are for personal or single-classroom use only and may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or uploaded to shared drives or platforms.
6.2 Payment & Renewal
The membership is billed annually.
Your membership automatically renews each year on the same date unless cancelled before the renewal date.
By purchasing a membership, you authorise Little Activities to charge the annual membership fee to your original payment method at each renewal date.

You will receive confirmation of your purchase and renewal by email.

6.3 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.
If cancelled:

Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

You will not be charged for the next renewal.

Access will end automatically once the billing period expires.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within an active membership period.
6.4 Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to downloadable resources, all membership payments are non-refundable.

6.5 Account Sharing
Membership access is for individual use only.
Sharing login details, distributing files, or providing access to non-members is strictly prohibited.

Accounts found to be shared may be suspended or terminated without refund.

Referral Program
To keep things simple and fair, here’s everything you need to know about how our referral program works:

Who Can Refer
Active yearly members of Little Activities Club.
​
What Your Friend Gets
£10 off the yearly membership at checkout when they use your referral code.
​
​What You Receive
£10 for every friend who joins with a yearly membership using your code.
​
When You’ll Be Paid
- Payouts are processed at the end of each calendar month via PayPal or UK bank transfer.
- Be sure your payment details are up to date in your account.
- Please note: Rewards expire if payout details aren’t provided within 3 months.

Where to Find Your Code
- Your unique referral code is in My Account > Account Settings.
- It may take up to 48 hours after joining for the code to appear.
- You’re welcome to share your code anywhere you'd like - online, in person, or on social media.
​Please don’t edit it - changing your code could stop your referrals from being tracked correctly.

What’s Not Allowed
- You may not resell, upload, or publicly share any of the resources available through your membership.
- All materials are for personal use only - perfect for your family or classroom, but not for commercial distribution.
- Violating this policy may result in removal from the program and cancellation of membership without refund.

How It’s Tracked
- Referrals are linked to your unique code - if someone doesn’t use your code, we won’t be able to credit you.
- We can’t retroactively apply referrals, so be sure your friends use your code when signing up.

By sharing your referral code, you agree to the terms of this Referral Program Policy, including the rules around payment and tracking.
